You want speed ASAP? Get a 200cc shot of nitrous. You'll get speed ASAP.

This way, you can get a new car ASAP, too. I hear Ford forums love nonsensical eleventeen year olds.

As far as the gaskets (back on the right topic).. Get everything you can Honda and everything else - send a PM to Shmoo.. He seems to be the turbo think-tank 'round these parts.

Honda OEM is the only way to go. I hear Hondata gaskets are good, but ive never used one, so i cant vouch for them.

No, the material and the thickness can bolster the strength of the gasket thus preventing premature deterioration. Better gaskets can't get you more horse, but they can make those ponies last.

Thats not entirely true...when you are talking about the Hondata gasket, you are talking about the ability of the material to insulate against heat compared to the stock paper gasket. This results in a slight reduction in intake temperatures, which leads to the ability to tune more aggressively as well as a slight increase in HP. Its pretty marginal, but every little bit counts.

Hondata makes an intake gasket for this purpose, they are not a gasket manufacturer, meaning they make other gaskets, just that one.

Like I said, the only gasket I run on my setup is an OEM exhaust mani gasket. No DP gasket (just some copper spray) and no turbo to mani gasket. Obviously exhaust gaskets as well, but as far as the turbo setup, thats it. I also run a shitty paper gasket with the wastegate, thats it.

Nope. They are flat surfaces. As long as both flanges are not warped and are flat, you will be fine.
