Default question on hangers

i know that the cat was changed for the 2000 model year, but did all the hanger positions stay the same for the exhaust?

shmoo already answered me in another thread but before i go ahead and do anything i want to hear it from another person too. last thing i want to do is get an exhaust that will require me hacking it up or hacking something else up for me to get it to stay up.

if you buy a catback exhaust for your model and year car you shouldnt have any problems bolting it up.

well i'm thinking i might go witha 3" complete exhaust, and i can buy them made for the 99 and earlier, and they already require a new cat, so if the hangers fit why not?

Which 3" exhaust are you looking at?

i have them bookmarked at home... would it be wise to just get this and do it up? http://www.kteller.com/store/product...roducts_id/911

it's alot cheaper and i dont feel bad because the hangers arent prewelded...

Im pretty sure the hangers will line up. The only thing I am not sure of is how far the exhaust will stick out.

If it helps i have a 99 GSR stock exhaust on my 95 GSR and it lines up fine
