Every last numdane detail on each generation of the Integra is in that thread.
After 1990, The ZC16 1.6L 16V four was replaced by the B18A (1.8L DOHC I-4) in the RS/LS/GS, and in 1992-93, the GSR used the B17A, the first four-cylinder motor to feature the VTEC valvetrain system.
From 1994 onto 2001, the RS/LS/GS models moved on to the B18B1 (again 1.8L, but slightly higher compression ratio, slightly more agressive cams). And the 94-01 GSR featured the B18C1, the marginally higher-displacement successor to the B17A.
The suspension design changed in 1994, but the rest of the gory details are in the link I've posted above.

90/91 had inset on bottom of front bumper, 92/93 was pretty much straight, and 94/up ACURA integras have 2 circular headlights...
as far as model differences between rs,ls, and gs, there are many... from power locks/windows... to moonroofs (ummm... can that be plural? or is it moonrooves?? lol) ... mainly just the obvious trim line stuff.
as for engines... and mostly everything else - I'm still a noob so please correct me if i'm wrong. I love the constructive criticism.... :hsdunno:

Thanks for all the info, went to the junkyard to get some parts off of a '91 teggy and everything worked out quite well but now I will know what is interchangeable with what from here on out. Appreciate it.
Oh and doesn't the '90 RS come with the B18A2?
