All of the B-series VTEC cams will fit all of the B-series VTEC heads.

This is why when you order camshafts from a company like Crower or Crane or Toda or anywhere else, they don't make a distinction. They sell VTEC cams or Non-VTEC cams.

pr3 heads have 42.7cc combustion chambers
p72 heads have 41.60cc

a p72 head will give higher compression
