I wouldn;t worry about it. Shit happens. It could probably go higher if you pushed it, but your rev limiter, should it still be installed won't allow that. It cuts off acceleration prior to destruction.
trust me you'll be fine... mine still is and my engine has 180,000 miles on it already!!! don't even sweat it
