my gsr will release smoke out the exhuast when i lay it down hard, can someone that knows about cars tell me whats goin on??

what color is it? Its probably either oil or antifreeze that is getting burnt in the cylinders. Check your seals but I'm sure someone else can elaborate further

Sounds like oil is getting into the cylinders so your piston rings are probably shot.

its not oil, its fuel. oil is blue smoke. dont spread incorrect information.

your running real rich. you need more spark. i suggest tuning up with new plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

is this why i think iam getting not as good gas milage beacuse all of my fuel isnt burning correctly?? thanks for correcting the question.

i got my oil changed just about 3,000 miles ago, i used synthetic.

There is a hell of a lot more to a tuneup than an oil change. Do you know when the last time the timing belt, fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap/rotor, and essential fluids were changed?

And speaking of 3,000 miles, you are due for an oil filter change.
