Does anybody take their Teg to get serviced at an Acura dealer???
Does anybody get their regular or miscellaneaous maintenance done at an Acura dealership? I was wondering how much that could run. I am also debating taking it in or doing my own maintenance, but I am not your car kind of guy.

by all means take it there. to me, to get your car serviced at the dealer, you have to know nothing about a cars routine maintenance.
it all depends on what you get done. say if you take it in for the 90k maintenance, you could spend over a thousand dollars easy, due to timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, ignition shit, etc.......
its up to you. find a garage that can do it, youll save a boatload.

Just do it your self. It really depends on what your getting done. Here are the list of normal tune-up items and prices from autozone.
distributor cap $20
Ignition rotor $20
spark plugs $2 each
wires $25-35
air filter $10
oil change/filter: Depends what u buy for the oil. filter stp:$2.99
fuel filter $15
pcv valve $3
Here's the Team-integra "do it yourself" page. you'll sêe it's really easy.
If it's timing belt... unless your pretty mechanically inclined... just have a shop do it for $200-300

Well see this was my thought... i just bought this teg, and from the looks of the carfax, and the way the car was cared for... i wanted to take it in atleast once to see what else the guys who serviced it could tell me about the car... The guy i have been contacting there and who was assigened as the service guy for it, is still there... and this is the same guy whom was checking it out since '95... My next check up date is @ 49,864 miles, or sometime at the end of May, which has already passed... right now it am at 49,650... So i am still contimplating... And my bro and his guy are real good with cars, so that is my other alternative also... My bro did his own engine swap on his Toyota MR2... which i think is pretty impressive... if you tell me...
