Default Oil Seepage from Turbo Compressor Outlet?

Hi guys.
What does it mean when oil is seeping out of the outlet on the turbo compressor? Its also seeping from the return fitting on turbo right where th gasket is. Every single part is brand new. I can smell the oil heating up and burning thru the hot pipe going to the FMIC. One guy had told me it was the oil return backing up/bad compressor seal. How could this be? Everything is new and How do I fix this?

Do you have any restrictor on the oil feed line?

People keep asking me about this. I don't know what the resitrictor looks like or what it does? The only parts on the feedline are

BSPT T fitting
4-an feed line
-4 an fittings

Thats it.

That may be your problem. If you don't restrict the oil flow, you may cause the seals in the center bearing to blow out and spew oil everywhere like you are mentioning.

This is what every oil line kit for Honda/acura's come with. Im pretty sure this is also what is included in GReddy and Drag3 and Rebhard kits. Where can I get one?
