Default car jerking and engine stall

I have a JDM ITR 98 specs...mods are mild with only SARD Fuel regulator, cam gears, JDM CTR cams, 64mm TB, splitfire spark plugs, VAFC II, modified chip. and Top Fuel Carbon Fibre intake system.......oh yes..a TODA flywheel, exedy clutch and Mugen LSD 1.5 way...

the car jerks at 2rpm (not always but at least once a day, btw i am a daily driver)...usually happens at low speed or during downshifting from 4th to 3rd gear....sometimes its stalls even while driving at low speed in 3 or 4th gear at about 2k rpm...i was contemplating on fuel issue but my fuel pressure meter says the reading is fine...any ideas

if its jerking, its probably ignition related.

yes...

on the ignition suggestion, where do i start...i have checked the spark plug tips and they are fine..i have checked the air fuel sensors and they are fine...starting wise, the car starts superbly every morning...i have also make it compulsory to 'heat' up the car 5 mins before driving off...BUT still the shit happens...yesterday, for fcuking no reason, it died at 2prm after shifting at 2nd gear...after that it is fine...fcuking more confused now...

Advice plss!!!!

You should be using 93 octane.

91 octane is all honda ask for in a R motor. no reason to use 93 unless he's advanced his timing or something. plus the gas has nothing to do with his car jerking and stalling. if he wasnt using high enough octane, his car would knock.
