Ok, I'll run these tests and I will let you all know the outcome. The swap will not be completed until about Saturday, so look for my post then.

Swap is done!
I still have the LS ECU in because the dumbshits didn't ship them both together.
With this config, the tach is a-okay and the speedometer is right on the ball.
I'll leave an update once I get the GSR ECU in and get it installed, but I think that it'll be all good.
Just to put this out there: even a GSR motor with LS ECU kicks the balls off my old LS motor. Right off. :yes:

GSR motor with an LS trans. Seems like 1st gear has become obsolete when cold. Still have the LS ECU in as well. But fun so far
ECU is gonna be in my hands soon and then we'll be done. Oh - need to charge my A/C as well.
