ok given car had 179k 4-5mo. ago, anything is ready to go, but heres what is fk'd. I had left the car parked in sun for no more than a few hours, starts up drives 20ft. dies cranks but never to start again until i figure out its the ignitor. Which you can never truly know cuz only sign is no spark, but voltmeters will check it out to specs. No big deal though, $110 for match book sized part. Any1 else want $110??? I dont.
Yesterday, parked car in exact same place, in the sun, no more than a few hours, starts up and dies, cranks but wont start. Not suprised, i do a troubleshooting session, which leaves me not suprised. Deja Vu all deep in me w/ no vasiline. What this needs is the match with some gasoline. IRATE? Me? Only to Defcon level Fkn 10!!!!! I still dont know what that part duz(int) and why thell its failure imminent?? (like if i took a spelling class). I bet you cant explain these things to me.

 

you should just buy a new distributor, there like 150 on ebay
