Default Moonroof Problem

My moonroof on my 96 Integra skips on the rails when it opens like its really dry or rubbing agaist something rubbery..but when i close it it is smooth...do i lube the rails with WD-40 or what can i do to correct it.

My 97 Integra had the same problem, I used some kind of lube that I found in the garage. I think it just needs something slick to make it slide better.

Yea, my 94 does it too but I haven't done anything about it yet. I don't think WD-40 will do the job.

use white lithium grease

Don't forget to clean the rails of any debris/gunk before you start putting that grease in.... like dropping your ice cream in the sand. olong:
