the flange is 2.25" but can fit 2.5" flange if you have test pipe. Just have to tilt the bolt to make it 45 degree angle before you bolt it on

well, if you look @ the date on that thing carefully. it was out last dec. our header just came out. If they're doing another one, I'm 100% sure that we will send our headers in for the test.
I will try to take a pic w/ a scale if I can borrow someone's high res. digital camera (mine's not high res to see). But like i said...we have both 2.5" and 2.25" header. And they utilize oem 4-1 flange (2.25 as us usdm people would call it). Let me know if you have any more questions.
