Best all around tires

I have Toyo TS-1's on my 98 GSR Blades. They are excellent in the rain or dry. They are extremely quiet . For the snow I would just get some used tires if you're planning on driving in the snow.

I have Nitto NT450's right now and I like them a lot more. They seem a little squishy into the turns since their max psi rating is only 35 psi, but they stick much better than the Kumhos, wear slower than the Kumhos, and have a very aggressive tread pattern. I haven't gotten to use them in the rain yet, but dry handling is awesome.

I put kumhos on my 96 gsr and on my mom's 2001 Altima and neither of us liked the tires. We both thought they were noisey and my Michelin Artic Alpins handled and stopped much better. I have anti-lock brakes and the kumhos slid on 4 occassions! I did not like the kumhos at all.
The Artic Alpins are an awesome snow tire though. I can push snow with those.

for future reference for everyone... the falken azenis are not a good "all around" tire... they wear quickly and are basically slicks in the rain...
toyo T1-S, proxes TPT, proxes 4/bfg tractions are both really good though
