does it fit i want 2 get the comptech cat-back but if it doesn't fit i'll go with the comptech axel-back

It won't fit unless you modify it a little since the LS cat is shorter than the 94-01 GSR cat.

You'll have to shorten the B-pipe a little. I had to in order to use the GSR exhaust on my LS.
