Default Battery light, ABS, and SRS lights on while driving

Acura integra GSR 2000 w/ 101,000 mi.
Strange electrcal problem:

The Battery light, ABS, and SRS light all come on while driving especially during acceleartion. They'll go off while braking or while stopped.

Over night the battery drains almost completely as well as if something is drawing power while the car is off.

Alternator checks out fine and no loss of power while driving.

Could wires be grounding out or maybe the alarm?

Default similar problem

I have a 1990 Acura Legend that had a similar problem, only the ABS and battery lights came on for about a 1/2 mile and then went out. The problem in the end was the alternator. Did you get your problem resolved? It could also be the belt to the alternator...

Make sure your negative terminal post on the battery are tight. I had the same problem.
