If you do want engine mods.. DH-Racing does lots of mods, for a reasonable price.

Yeah, I think it'd be nice to have a manual. My brother has the same car in an automatic, but it doesn't seem like he's interested in trading or selling. In the less than the short year and a half that I've had my car I have changed the radiator, bought snow tires and Arctic Alpines (still on stock steel 14 inchers), changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap (didn't change the rotor cuz that biatch was held on by a stripped screw (why don't they use bolts!!!!), flushed the transmission, replaced the front axles, muffler and midpipe, master brake cylinder, front brake pads and thrown a mp3 player and speakers in. I kinda feel bad about tossing it after all that. I hear you can convert to a 5 speed for about a grand, but don't know if thats for a new, used or "remanufactured" tranny. Anyone know anything about that? After I've fixed all this bs stuff I'd love to have some fun with it. Know I should get some decent rims. Will I need longer studs necessarily? How else can I improve the front suspension? Thanks for all your comments.

If you do a search on that subject, we just had a conversation about the cost, effect on value, and benefits of an auto to manual conversion about two months ago.
