Please let me know how the install goes. I have all the bolts, gaskets, seals, and springs that can and will break and I want to make sure I have everything before I attempt this. Can you also post a list of tools you are using? I don't need the sizes of the wrenches/sockets, but the basic tools you are using. I'm wondering if I can do this without an impact wrench.

Good luck and thanks!!
I don't have an impact wrench, so we'll see. I do have a big ass breaker bar if need be. I am just going to be using basic hand tools and maybe my air powered ratchet.

Air Ratchet + extentions = $. My grandpa let me use his impact wrench, with the kit came an air hammer and air ratchet, both of which made some parts of clutch job much easier. Enjoy the install.

Of course. I live for this shit. h:

Ok, here is what I have come up for in terms of lubrication points just so I don't miss any and have an annoying squeak of some sort:

Release fork and slave cylinder contact point
Release fork and throwout bearing contact points
Release fork and release fork bolt contact point
Throwout bearing and input shaft
Throwout bearing (repack just to be safe)
Pilot bearing (Should be fine, right?)

Yeah, I am already half way done removing the tranny after an hour and a half of work by myself working with hand tools. Just can't get the damn drivers side ball joint to dislodge itself. I guess I am going to have to do it the hard way. h:

So the clutch is in and the tranny is back on. Now I need to get everything back together. I am having an issue getting the rear mount bolts back on. All the other engine mounts are on there fine, but the hole for the rear one doesn't line up with the tranny. Any suggestions?
