hmmmm off to search for dyno results......

most of it IS a matter of opinion. From personal experience short ram is NOT the best, at least in the RSX-S

I got an SRI. Better throttle response and better top-end power. CAI provides low end torque, but only has an advantage from a standing start and speeds below 25mph. Comptech icebox is the best compromise of both, but it prohibitively expensive.

itb's = individual throttle bodies

i guess it all depends on circumstance of the car.
I have a SRI now, which i LOVED until i changed up my front bumper. The mugen front restricts A TON of air flow to the area that the short ram filter sits, so that thing is suckin up nothing but HOT HOT HOT ass air. My engine bay gets alot hotter without the air flow that it had, so iam gonna have to go with something else now.
i've found with alot of rsx owners, that they ONLY want the high end mods, like the icebox (at least in my area)

i was just throwing those out as an option. of course with everything else, if you dont know what they are or how they work, do not get them.
