Default 14.5-15 Na

Ok boys, I'm blowing oil in my LS, so I'm swapping out the engine this summer. FI is not an option so don't even bring it up. I can choose from any engine that fits in the bay here, and I suppose I'll be getting the transmission with it. Since I'm rebuilding the engine before I put it in, I figure it would be an excellent time to have a party with the internals before I swap it in. So what engine/ part combo should I be leaning toward here?? I figure you're gunna say GSR engine, but what kinda parts am I looking at?? Like I said mid high 14's is what I'm shooting for here... just trying not to completely shatter the bank. I did search btw... nothing specific enough for me to start with. Help me out here boys.

if you are building the engine and only expecting mid 14's, then you need to re-think what your goals are. you could swap a STOCK gsr engine in there, well I/H/E too, strip out your interior and run 14.3-14.5 no problem.

Hasport doesn't make Integra-specific K20 motor mounts yet. It will be hard to get it in because you would have to fabricate your own motor mounts.

You could swap in a type-r or h22 with only bolt ons and break 14's easy...

If you want, you could stay nonvtec...I assume you already have I/H/E

B20 block
Ported & polished LS head, Crower springs/retainers/crower 404 cams
Skunk2 intake manifold
High flow cat
Lightweight flywheel, aftermarket clutch
GSR/ITR/B16 tranny

Max redline of about 7500 on a stock B20 block...lots of torque, would pull hard with those cams.
