B20z into dc4 questions?

B20z into dc4 questions?
Alright guys.
Ive done alot of research on this all over the web and decided that im going to do a B20z swap. Before i do this, I would like to know what im getting into. First i have a 1994 Acura Integra RS with the B18b1 motor and a 5-speed. I have 215,xxx miles on the motor. I was wondering what will be the case if i do swap the B20z into my integra. I need to change intake and exhaust manifolds and some pulleys.
What about the computer... the integra has the OBD1 and the CRV motor has the OBD2. what will i need to do for that? Will i need to buy the skunk2 conversion harness? wow. that is alot of stuff but anything im missing out let me know.
