My car makes this ticky knocking sound when you pull out and turn left in 1st gear. It also does it when you slow hard and turn. I know what a CV joint tick sounds like from BMW's. That ticks once every wheel rev. This tick is much faster, like 300 beats/minutes (5/sec). Is this something in the trans? Could the trans be low on oil? Its a 5spd with 145k. I've had it maybe 5k. I don't know much about FWD.
I'm definately getting into the acura vibe. I've had people stop and ask if I want to sell the car! I like the Honda-Acura thing here online as well. Beemer folks are different, kinda dumm, not helpful.
