Just wanted to get some figures on how much it would be to get my car primerd and maybe a double layer base black coat?

 

It varies, just go to your local shop.

 

Unless you're doing body work, you don't need to primer your car. And Body shops spray about 2-3, maybe even 4 layers of paint in the first place. So, if you're respraying the whole car black with no body damage (and if you're car is already black), then it'll probably cost $1500-2000 (Depending on how nice you want it).
