Default Window Tint

I have a '94 4 door teg and I want to get window tint put on (Self installation). Does anyone know how many sq. feet I need to do it?

You can buy a pre-cut kit for your make and year. Good luck, tinting isn't easy. I'm sure you've been behind people whose windows look like a meteor shower passing by.

I bought one of those kits at walmart. Started out good but the end result was me buying new windows. Im investing in some professional tinting. I suggest you do the same thing.

I agree with everyone here. If you arent familiar with tinting, let a pro do it. One thing I am not having is crappy tints.

Go Pro Bro. Make sure you don't get the purple 80's tint as well. If you do it yourself, have fun! He he he.

Yeah go pro man, its well worth the investment.
If you HAVE to do it yourself make sure you don't use ammonia based window cleaner like Windex, it turns black tint... that famous purple color. I also strongly suggest you have the dealer, at least, do the rear window as it is the hardest to do.

Are you in Washington DC or Washington state because if your in the DC area I can hook you up with someone to tint your windows.

I'm in Washington state. i went someplace and they want 160 before tax.
