I have Neuspeed Race springs. The drop is a little too much, but Sports would be a perfect height. Go for those.

As long as the off-set is for your car w/a 205/40 series tire a two inch drop will do you fine. My car has been lowered 2 inches w/progress springs and a camber kit w/KYB 4ways. On 17's I have no issues. It does not rub at all and it rides nice.

I don't know about teins, but progress is 2 up front and 1.75 in the rear.

Tein, are nice springs, TENZO R are the worst, those things break and they suck i had them on my GSR, and then i switched out to tein Super Street kit, (coilovers and adjustable shocks) But since u have good shocks, get the tein cause the car will settle after u put them in and u will get performance and the look which is the best combo u can get...

I have some Eibach springs on my teggy. They give me a 1.8 inch drop. Its perfect. No rubbing or anything. And There good for speedbumbs. Most of the time i dont have to go crooked, I cant just go straight but I have to go slow to aviod banging my rear bumber. I dont know if you have a body kit on it or not but i suggest going with the 1.8 inch drop not to much not to little. just right. I also have 17' koing rims and looks great I think. i have pics of my ride in my garage, feel free to leave some comments =).

Go with the Teins. I have the Tein Basics and love them. Stay away from the Tenzos, unless you like cheap stuff. If you are wanting a good spring, go with the Sprint springs. I had those before the TEINs. They were great. Good ride. If not, definitely go for the TEINs. TEinTein TEin!!!!

Also, ithe sprint springs are an allaround 2' drop. You will not rub, I have 17' 5Zigen rims and never rubbed. If needed you can roll the fender with a baseball bat. Not hard to do, just requires 2 people. It doesnt affect the looks of your car, all you are doing is rolling the inner lip of the fender that would cut into your tire.
