Default my car is a slut

Okay every time go to the bank and shut my car off it will not start when I get back into it. The only other place it does this is at my local tire shop. Except at the tire shop the guy says "your car wont start" then I hop in and it fires right up. At the bank it will run and die 4 times before staying running. Every time it has spark, and a full tuneup-all the stuff-does my car hate the bank? It used to do this at work, but it flashed a code for the tps, I changed it and it was ok for about 6 months, now its back and no codes at all What the fawk? I dont have time for this crap. I was parked under powerlines, does that matter? Does that piss off the chipmunks that live under my hood? Maybe ignition module getting too hot? Fuel pump going bad? it has a new filter and regulator. Its a 92 integra rs. My gas guzzling tank doesnt do this stuff to me, help me out or I am going back to the best technology the 70's had to offer since in 8 years no Oldsmobile has ever not started on me, this car has done this to me at least 8 times in the last year.

Um okay, I figured it was god laughing at me since I used to laugh at honda's now I am driving one (my friends still wont let it go) but unlike them I can afford gas and girls like my car better than theirs  Where is the fuel relay, is that under the hood in the main box, read my avatar-newbie- and can I get the fuel pump out without dropping the tank? Is it under the seat with an access panel?

My car wouldnt start up the first time I tried sometimes. Problem got worse as I would get stuck when I was at a stop and wouldn't start up. Finally it stalled as I was going 50 MPH and wouldn't start back up. I changed the fuel filter and that didnt do anything. Turned out to be a bad rotor. I wouldn't guess it to be a fuel pump and go out and buy one if you dont need it. But anyways I think your fuel pump is right under your back seat and you don't have to drop the tank.

The relay is in the drivers side kickpanel.

The pump can be removed by taking out the rear seat....the pump is directly underneath.

Next time this happens, turn the car to the on position and listen for the fuel pump turning on...it will be a whine coming from the rear seat.

you can also listen to the main fuel relay.
when you turn all accessories on (2 clicks), you should hear a click, followed by a second click. If you don't hear 2 clicks, and can't start the car, then it's your main relay.

It's under the dash on the driver side. It's a small metal box and should be easy to change without having to remove any panels. (atleast on my 1992 teg)

You can also check your grounds. Make sure the ground wire to your starter is connected right, and look into getting that tested also.

the starter works fine, it will crank for hours, spark the whole time, just wont start. I am gonna try and check the fuel relay first. it acts like an old car when you flood it, I have to pump the gas while cranking it to get it to start, like the tps is needing the jolt of the pumping to wake it up and figure out it needs to tell the computer to give it gas. If acura sold the tps alone instead of on the throttle body only for 498 dollars I would buy one.
