Shmoo knows his stuff.....I'd just get the skunk2 for the gsr, its a lot better than the stock Intake manifold.

 

Skunk2 makes an IM that looks just like the ITRs for the GSR with the GSR P72 head bolt pattern. Skunk2 also makes an IM for the P73 head on the Civic Si, CTR and ITR that looks the exact same. If this Skunk2 IM that is for sale came from a GSR then it will fit your GSR...the only thing you will need to do is get an intake that fits an Integra Typoe R since the throttle body position will be raised and GSR intakes will not fit. You should also get an ITR throttle cable and bracket to ensure proper throttle response as well.
