Look on ebay, they have tons of conversions for around $300.
Some seem to be of pretty good quality.

i have a full phillips HID conversion kit on my 01 integra.. I have the phillips bulbs and ballist, i love it, its the same bulbs as the bmw and benz cars but instead of 4300K mine are 6000k, if u want some pics hit me up an emial and i will send u some. One word to the wise u get what u pay for i bought my kit for 700 which is not bad for a real phillips kit, casue many kits have phillips ballist but then cheap xenon bulbs that aren't as bright or as good lookin as the real deal, I have done a couple of conversions, and used K2, and MTC lighting (currently have) that one is by far better in quality and in look.

I also have an HID kit on my car with the jdm frontend. I love it at night its sooo bright and lights up the road. It's funny cause i don't even use my highbeams anymore...plus they aren't that much stronger than just my normal driving lights.
