Yes, any 98-01 Integra buyer could have added these... and still can.

The high quality Raybrig fog lights pictured on the Integra above were never a factory option.

However, for any G3A ('98, '00, '01 USDM) model year, the lights could be purchased at the dealer and installed either at delivery or by the user later.

I seem to recall that it involved a little more work for the dealer than usual because the lights were meant for the GS-R, which was wired for them.

The lights have become expensive and hard to come by because of their popularity as an appearance option on the ITR. If you can find them, they do work well and provide a discernible improvement to the low beams by themselves.

Unfortunately, their position on the car makes them susceptible to breakage on the track, and this driver has broken two sets even though they were covered with heavy tape on the track.

Those are the old SiR(G) fog lights. They might work on a '97 ITR, but their installation on USDM G3A ITR ('98-'01) might be problematic and most ITR owners would know they weren't the "correct" lights.

Sorry for my misleading post... I figured since I bought them from Acura and they were called an OEM part that they must have been available to all 98-01 owners.

I bought those from Acura of Escondido... along with many other goodies. Installed them myself (with the help of a friend).

I have a '99 GS, there was factory wiring in place for connecting these fogs. I had to run a harness from the lights/front bumper area to a factory taped-off connector on the driver's side front corner near the washer fluid reservoir. Then connect another harness to the turn signal/headlight switch stalk which obviously required removing the steering column cover. It was not a tough install and I love the look and light these put down, especially after upgrading my bulbs to Sylvania Silverstars.

I love OEM accessories!

How do you break lights on the track? Especially if they're covered in heavy tape? I mean, is this the quarter mile dirt track I'm used to in Arkansas or what?

I'm pretty sure that part is this...

08V31-ST7-20007 WIRE HARNESS, SWITCH $23.27

At acuraparts247.com...

And now that I read your post again, I'm not sure what to tell ya. You are more than welcome to download the OEM Fogs installation PDF from me and see if you think the wiring harness is what you need.

Once you follow this link, you should probably right-click and do a Save As... on the file.

You stay on a Trans Am's behind through turn 8, where he panics and throws some rocks at you with his 300-section gummies.
