Default Gauge Cluster+ Clock Failure (broken?)

Hey i have a 1995 gsr and my gauge cluster and dash clock just went out all of the sudden. I checked every single fuse under the hood and under the dash at least 15x times. All the fuses are the right amperage, everything works except the gauge cluster and the clock. Anybody have any ideas?

Amperage is one thing, conductivity is another.

All the fuses are intact? h:

Try swapping the fuse with a new one.

Could be a bearly blown fuse that you can't see unless you have a magnifying glass. Do you have a service manual for the car? If so, see what fuse it is and replace it.
