I'm rocking some adjustable tokico coilovers, which I really like. I usually bump up the ride height about an inch in the winter and then back down in the summer. The only thing is my rear tires are wearing toward the inside but the whole adjustability thing kicks ass

a camber kit will take care of that

Madhandles03 had some tein springs on his old SI, they were extremely soft. Personally I would go for something slightly more stiff, even if your not dedicating it to track use.

I also have the Neuspeed sport springs there good but the Eibach springs are better, more stiffer, the car rolls less with the Eibach springs.

I wouldn't even go as far as blaming the Neuspeeds for body roll. Have you upgraded your sway bar? I'll tell you what I have a Comptech adjustable rear sway and tie bar and the body roll is very minimal. I have it on the stiffest setting.

Neuspeed race springs are also nice they lower the car 2" F+R and its a really nice ride I used to have them on my teg. And Post pics of your car Joe

i just got my ground control coilovers and im gonna be running them on some kyb agx shocks. there not installed yet but they will be soon. from what i have heard it is a pretty good combination.

my brother has the same setup in his gsr. it does very well for daily use.

i love my H&R race springs...although i miss being able to slide a jack under the car. even my scissor jack just barely gets under.
