Every single model of the Integra that was sold in the USA used some form of electronic fuel injection. What year is your car? What problems are you experiencing that have lead to this point?

Most of these products are desgined to "treat" about 20 to 25 gallons of gas. Since your Integra's gas tank is roughly 13 gallons in capacity, add an appropriate amount of fuel injector cleaner. You can harm the engine by adding too much cleaning agent.
How many miles are on the car? There are some maintenance issues to check up on given the car's age.
Have the timing belt, water pump and timing belt tensioner been replaced?
How about brake pads, CV boots and coolant, engine and transmisssion oil?
(These are the basic things to take care of around this point in time.)

As far as tranny fluid goes, definitely use Honda brand Manual Transmission Fluid. To drain & refill fluid, you really ought to have access to a lift.
NOTE: I'm on vacation at the moment, so I can't look this up in my copy of the Haynes Manual. But this is what I remember h: Do check your owner's manual, especially for the quantity of fluid to buy.
With the car raised level to the ground, there is a specific bolt on the bottom of the transmission case that has a 1/2 inch square recess on it's face.. that is the drain plug, and you'll need a 1/2 inch ratchet driver to remove it.
Obviously, use a catch can to collect the old MTF and dispose of it properly. Hopefully, they recycle fluids where you are.
For filling the case, there's a largish hex head bolt on the side of the transmission case, I think it was back near the final drive gear on the driver's side of transmission. Fill the case with Honda MTF until it starts to drain out that fill hole. Button her up and you're ready to ride, so to speak.

h: Glad to be of some help.
Come to think of it, you might want to pick up a simple Chilton Manual for your Integra from your local auto parts store. They're not the best resource available, but for the money, they're pretty darn good for basic maintenance and a basic understanding of the car's systems.
