Default Bad Camber

I have Kyb AGX struts and Dropzone coilovers. My question was if put everything on and set the coilovers to a height and then adjust the coilovers again after about 3 months of driving with them at one height will it ruin my camber, or can i just get springs and not have to worry about the struts getting all wierd?

Yes it will change everything, camber and toe will change everytime you adjust the hieght of you car, so get an aligment after every change and get the toe set to spec if you do not want to wear your tires out very very quickly.
