where can one Find clear or blue head lights for a 2000???????

where can one Find clear or blue head lights for a 2000???????
I have been searching for some clear or blue (like the BMW's got)....another thing i have been trying to find is a nice boddy kit for my integra..something not long (keep in mind that is a dropped 3 inches) so something to cover the crack in the bottom of the bumper.....if you got any info please let me know.

I think if you car is dropped 3" I dont think you'll want to add any kind of kit because with that drop the car is extremely low and will scrap on everything thats just my 2 cents but the choice is yours.
