Default noise from steering

i have this problem with my front wheels... i just replaced the front suspension from skunk2 coilovers to h&r sport springs and running with previously used tokico blues...everytime i turn the steering wheel to the left for a turn or a loop on the freeway it makes a squealing noise like a pig except lower...i dunno if it makes the same noise when i make a right turn yet but i kno it does it on the left turns...what could be the issue?

thanks for any response

Check it out.......I had a camber kit installed by acura. When I got it back the little cover on the front brake caliper was bent just enough to squeal like you say on turns. just push on it some to bend it a little up off the caliper. Just a couple quick pushes though. Don't try to crease it or nothing. Hope this helps.
