ITR springs

ITR springs
I did a quick search, but didn't find what I was looking for, and I am assuming that this is a pretty easy/basic question for most of you, so I thought I would just post it up.
Anyways, how easy is it to put ITR springs/struts on a 99 GS? Are there any special/wierd things that need to be done, or is it pretty straight forward? This would give between a .5 and .75 drop, correct? And the ride would be pretty similar to stock (slightly stiffer)?
Thanks guys.
EDIT: I have a sedan by the way.........don't think that matters, but I wanted to mention it just in case.

Are they easy to get? About how much should I expect to pay for them?

Sorry, I wasn't clear........I ment how much are the ITR LCA's that would be needed for this setup to fit properly?
Also, I think I read somewhere that the LCA's from a 1988 CRX worked for someone.......can anyone confirm/deny this?

It would make sense to match the ITR springs with the ITR struts, correct? Like I said, I have a 99 GS, and I am sure that the OEM struts could probably handle the ITR springs, but I figured it would make sense to replace them both (springs and struts)........should I not worry about the struts? This is a 100% daily driver by the way - I am just looking for a very slight drop and a bit of a more firm ride.
