ChassisInnovations: Why should I go with a DC Sports part instead of a stock manifold if the price is not a factor? Simply replace the manifold wouldn't give any power boost, would it? I'm just curious. Thanks.

it'll give you some gains, but not a whole lot.

From what I've read cast iron manifolds are a USDM thing. Because in the US every inline 4 or 6 cylinder engine is required to have a cast iron POS. Why? I have no idea, but I know it's a restrictive piece whereas a header is designed to allow a smooth flow.
A lot of people have had this problem with thier Honda, but it's not Honda or Acura's fault.

I'd pick up a Comptech 4-2-1 or DC Sports 4-2-1. I recently picked up a used (but great condition) DC Sports 4-2-1 header for $95 shipped and have been happy so far.

Installation is not too hard... just remember to use a torque wrench on the exhaust manifold bolts so that you don't break anything.
I second that, do use a torque wrench on the head bolts. Broken studs need to be drilled and re-tapped and that can be $$$.

No problem bro...I've done a few headers in my time. I've ran into some problems too, so whatever I can say to help.

Folks, after getting your feedbacks in the past couple of days, I have purchased a set of stock exhaust manifold and have a friend's mechanic (specialized in Honda and Acura) install it for me. Instead of paying $600 for the dealer, I pay less than $400! I just want to say, thank you! for all the responses that I got from you all. I didn't realize a user forum group would give me so much helpful advice.

Happy holiday guys.
