hi, i had the same problem. One you have to replace your throttle body or right under your throttle body there are (3) 10mm screw and remove that piece and replace that with a another one. You could probably get that piece from another donor throttle body. I hope this help.

Check your idle screw, and check your vacuum connections. Get your car tuned before you drive it and beat on it with that turbo, or you'll be sorry.

You can still tune fuel pressure and timing. I would do that so you don't blow a motor. Check your vacuum connections, a vacuum leak can cause the idle you're experiencing.

check your IAC valve, is your idle only really high when your car is cold?

im telling you i had the same problem you have to replace that throttle body. Or you have to replace that bottom pieces of the throttle body because that part is probably clogged with dirt from your radiator. You could get it off a space integra or probably civic throttle body.
