I used mobil 1 10 30 synthetic 3 quarts and one full quart of the junkest oil to flush the trans if you do that you get all the crap out

 

do not use motor oil, ESPECIALLY synthetic motor oil. It is too slippery, and the synchros require friction to operate properly. You want to use either Honda MTF or something like Redline MTL, both of which have friction additives for proper synchro operation.
