Default Cams???

I was about to change timing belt, and was also interested in changing my camshafts and cam gears as well, not to sure about that stuff, i know light weight = more power, thinking about aem cams and i dont really know too much about camshafts other than being very expensive, and if i do those things what problems might i run into, help me out, thanks.

just research them so more i have skunk2 stage1 cams i like them. But u should also think about what u are doing later on to your car like turbo or super charger cause the cams may not be good with your future ideas.

okay so sounds like you dont already have VTEC no H just VTEC.

crower 402 or 403 would be a nice upgrade, not sure if you have to upgrade the valvetrain for 403's but i know with 402 you dont *have to*

www.crower.com

im gonna be going with 403 or 404 if i ever get started

OEM Civic and Integra Type-r upgrades are always good. You know it was made for your engine and that it was meant to be. The power gains are substantial and the cost is relatively expensive, but then again most cams are not cheap.

Read his entry, the first one which I responded to, it does not say what he has, and it is not like investigated into it. I was speaking from my experience. If the shoe fit he could wear it, if not oh well...
