Default Throwing codes 10 & 9 - Help!

Hey guys. I sprayed at the track for the first time a few days ago and had no problems. Anyways, my last run it feels like my throttle body is sticking, which is a typical problem when I'm NOT racing, but with the nitrous on it makes my car even jerkier because it sprays as soon as my throttle body unsticks and opens in each gear.

My check engine light stays on. The next day I notice my car is idling pretty low, and my engine sounds like its skipping, while my idle bounces up and down with the sound of the engine. When I drive, my throttle body sticks terribly in every gear below 3k rpms, and if I give it WOT it sounds like a jackhammer (thud thud thud thud thud thud) until I get over 3k rpms where it's fine.

Tonight, I check the ECU and find that it's throwing 2 codes: 10 (IAT sensor) and 9 (CYP sensor).

Anyone know what I need to do to fix this? Are these sensors just like an O2 sensor where I can just buy and replace? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I just want to get my car running again

10-it is just telling you that there is a problem with the air intake temperature sensor circuit. So under normal circumstances the ecm is telling you that either the sensor itself is bad or the wires going to it are grounded or open.

i just asked cause my car is throwing a 10

Actually I found out it was a 1. Which is the O2 sensor. I fixed that today, and am now just throwing a 9, which is a sensor located inside the distributor. I found out I need to buy a whole new distributor to fix this

There's a remote possibility you have a wiring problem, and because the distributor ain't exactly cheap you may want to check.

I've attatched the troubleshooting guide for code 9.
