You'd be suprised. There are a lot of weird patterns out there, like 4x110mm (Mazda,) 4x108mm (Ford,) and more. I'd have to say 4x4.5" is as popular as 4x100mm.
Anyway, there's no offset problems either. I ran around in my old '87 Civic with '92 Integra alloys for a while, and used some '88 Prelude steelies on an integra carcass. As long as it's a Honda 4x100 and it fits over your brake calipers, it'll be fine.
