I was wanting to make 100% sure what the smallest wheel I'll be able to use for slicks on my R and also what size slicks anyone would recommend..is 14 inch too small for my car..oh yeah and it's setting pretty low and my big factory tires are tuckin in so I'm guessing I'll have to raise it up when I put slicks on or they will tear into my fenders.Only reason I don't know stuff this simple is because there are no other R owners even remotely in my area or 100 miles from my area

Thanks

Greg

15 is the smallest you can run...get some 15x7 inch wheels and call M&H for slicks you won't be disappointed

sixtydashone on honda-tech went 10.5's all year on stock axles last year on the same set...if you launch right on a set of slicks you won't need axles

Lenso makes a 13" drag wheel that'll fit over the ITR's brake assembly. $285 I beleive for the two wheels... they you could run a 23" slick.. visit exospeed.com for more info.

Cause my buddy has a pair that he runs on his 99 GSR... I'm ordering me up a set for my 99 SI.. The brakes are a tad bigger than the GSR & Si's so that might be a concern.. though all three cars require a 15" wheel as they're smallest. Easiest thing to do is call up Exospeed and ask them if the Lenso Drag wheel will clear the ITR's larger brakes.

you can run 13's on any SI or GSR with spacers. ITR brakes are a good bit bigger. you need 15's

These Lenso's can be ran on the GSR/SI's without the wheel spacers... How about this, I'll call in the morning and see what they say about the Lenso fitting on the ITR's and then we'll know a solid answer.
