best damper adjustments for canyon racing?

whats up ITRCA? I am new to this forums and want to give it up to everyone with an ITR. I just got a 01 type-R in december and put the TEIN Type Flex with the EDFC. i was wondering if anyone knows what damper setting i should set my type- R to....!? right now i have it set on soft (14) they are 16 way adjustable (16 softest). thanx a lot.
