I have that exact kit on my car and I love it... I use to have the H&R Full coilover kit and I changed to this setup and have liked it better... You have soft/hard adjustment on the struts themself, also you'll have a starting height to choose from on the bottom of the strut... custom spring rating on the Ground Controls as well as I beleive 4" or adjustment there... You're overall ride quality (bumpiness) will determine what spring rating you get... I have a really stiff spring setup so my car is very tight and firm (yet not logging truck bouncey though)...

When you order the Grond Contols then you can specify what spring rates you'd like.. beleive they send them out normally at 500F/500R which will be firm yet soft enough for you I think. Also when you order your Koni/Ground Control setup there is two different ways you can order... #1 order the Koni Yellows and the Ground Control's seperately or #2 you can order them as a complete coilover set as well (beleive its cheaper this way as well). Let me know, I'm actually a dealer for Koni/Ground Control so I can get you some prices etc on them when your ready.

Assuming you have an 01 ITR from previous posts:

Koni Yellow Struts: (Front/Rear) $134.99 each + whatever shipping would be (listed for $164 + S/H)

Ground Control Coilovers: $299.99 + whatever shipping would be (listed for $339 + S/H)
