I have my 97 type R all original (stock) with 6,431 miles.still looks new and runs like the first day.

84k. 10k with boost of 13-15psi daily on stock internals with inline pro head gasket and block gaurd. the distrib. cap went bad about 2 years ago but that is only thing ever(knock on wood) I use castrol GTX and nothing else. synthetic=leaky car

Personally I run and have always ran synthetic in the ITR - no leaks.

24,820 in storage for the winter

4th motor set-up this year. Runs fine for now :lol:
