yo whats up guys. I currently have a 2001 black type R. I have Comptech lightweight flywheel, comptech headers, comptech full exhost piping, and aem cold air intake. I also have a VAFC.

Im in the process of looking for my next upgrade and was wondering what type of cams will benifit me the most and are most reliable, TODA, SKUNK2, CROWER.. etc... Also what exactly will i need to install the cams, just upgraded valve train?

Last question: will i need to tune my VAFC sepratly from the whole car after getting the cams? whats the tuning process? thanks everyone.
