well if she is the only driver on the policy and you are excluded and you wreck it they will deny any claims.

 

Not true, they will cover you, but they'll collect what ever the difference would have been to insure the car with as a driver. happened to me when i crashed my VW

 

depends on the insurance company, USAA will not cover the claims if you are found to be the daily driver and are not insured as such.

If you are old enough...move to a better neighborhood. The amount you save in insurance could be more than the amount you pay in rent
