From what I have heard NOS is the cheapest and most effiecient way to and boost to a car. IF anyone has any experience I was thinking of installing a system in my 2000 gs-r. Is it difficult?

NOS makes a kit specifically for the GSR. And you are right, the initial cost of the kit is very cheap compared to anything else that makes that much power.

Where the cost lies is filling up that bottle, that's going to add up very quickly + once you run out of nitrous, the fun is over.

My GSR has no special upgrades and has a 1/4 mile time in the mid 14's.
Based on experience how much would my time improve with say a 65 shot worth of NOS.

If I wanted to do shoot more than 65 are there any upgrades I would have to make?

You might hit high 13s assuming nothing else is changed (like suspension and tires, etc...)
