I was wondering if anyone knew the slalom speeds, how much lateral grip, and 60-0 braking on a stock dc2 itr.. searched the web for hours coming up empty handed.

Car & Driver did a write-up when the ITR was introduced. So's Motor Trend and Road and Track. Just search their archives and you'll find something.

This may sound dumb, but if you write a letter to one of the car mags, and it's not a stupid question, they'll usually write back, or email back or what ever. Some times, if it's a really good question, they'll print it.

Any way, I hope you find what you're looking for.....

Don't quote me on this but I know that slalom speed in a 1997 Car & Driver was 71 (which is really good, not many cars are faster), 0-60 was something like 6.4 or 6.6 and it did something in the neighborhood of .98g on the skidpad, I think.

0-60 was 6.5 according to most of the mags, and the standing quarter mile was 14.7 @ 96, but I think he was asking for 60-0 braking, ie. in Ft. Which I havn't the fogiest. I'm sure someone has done it at some point in time, but I'm not sure what it is.....

Aj
